An abandoned cart refers to a situation in e-commerce when a potential customer adds products to their online shopping cart but leaves the website without completing the purchase.
The Abandoned Cart shows the list of users who left their cart without any purchase with their cart items.
Our app allows customers to recover their carts how they left them.

Steps on how to send cart reminder mail to customers?

  • Go to "Abandoned Cart."
  • There will be a list of users who left their cart withut checkout.
  • Click on preview button to view the email template and cart items.
  • Hit on Send Mail button to send that user email.
  • Or Select required customers from the checkbox and Send mail in bulk.
  • You can also delete the cart details if you wish not to see it after some time.

When a customer returns to the website and completes the checkout process, the abandoned cart is then termed a "recovered cart." The recovery may involve sending targeted emails, offering discounts, or utilizing other re-engagement techniques to remind the customer about their pending items in the cart.
The Recovered Cart menu shows all the re-engaged and completed purchase list.
